Here’s our guide to help you find the Phantasmal Conches in the Golden Apple Archipelago map of Genshin Impact, which are needed to obtain bonus rewards, including Fischl’s bonus costume (skin): the Ein Immernachstraum.
The 6 Missing Conches
But first, there’s something we must point out, especially if you’ve already collected some of the Conches and ended up on our guide while looking for the final ones: Some of them actually aren’t obtainable yet. There are 20 Phantasmal Conches to collect on the Golden Apple Archipelago map. However, right now on the first day of the event, only 14 Conches out of 20 can be found.
The last 6 Conches will be added in subsequent days. New sub-events and sub-quests will unlock the locations of the remaining 6 Conches. Additionally, seeing we need at least 16 Phantasmal Conches to unlock Fischl’s Skin, you cannot obtain the costume right on day 1 of the event.
The Conches are divided into two categories, there are 6 Imaging Conches and 8 Echoing Conches available on day 1.
Phantasmal Conches, Imaging Conches, Echoing Conches Map Locations
First, you’ve got 3 Conches on Minacious Isle, the southern island where you start the event.
Next, you have 3 Conches to find on Pudding Isle, at the east of the Golden Apple Archipelago.
After that, there are 4 Conches on Broken Isle, and one Conch on the center island of the Archipel.
Lastly, there are 3 more Conches on Twinning Isle, at the northeast of the archipelago.
Just like in version 1.7, you will get to listen to a short story whenever you find Conches. You can listen to them again in the Events menu. Finding at least 16 Conches will also make you obtain 360 Primogems in total.
That’s all for the Conches locations. The Golden Island Archipelago map will be inaccessible once Version 2.8 ends on August 23, 2022. So make sure to fully clear it before then. You can also check out the official interactive map if you need some additional help.
