Fortnite: How to Pick Legendary Or Mythic Fruit From Reality Sapling

Here is how to find Reality Saplings and get Legendary or Mythic fruit.

July 14, 2022

In this week’s Fortnite challenges, players need to pick a legendary or mythic fruit from a Reality Sapling in order to get some XP and level up their battle pass.

Before you can pick a legendary or mythic fruit from a Reality Sapling, you need to find a Reality Seed pod first. They are spread all across the map, but it can still get a bit tricky to find them. Here are the locations of all the Reality Seed pods in Fortnite.

  • Six are located in Logjam Lotus
  • Two are located in the waterbody south of Logjam Lotus
  • Two are located in the waterbody southwest of Shifty Shafts
  • Two are located in Rave Cave
  • Three are located in Reality Falls
  • Two are located southeast of Reality Falls
  • Two are located south of Tilted Towers
  • Two are located east of Greasy Grove
  • One is located north of Rocky Reels

Once you find these Reality Seed pods, you need to use your Pickaxe to break them open. Each of these pods gives you two Reality Seeds roughly, so you can get multiple saplings from each pod. Once you have the seed, find a place where you can plant these Reality Seeds. Choose a location that is hidden, so other players are not able to steal your Reality Sapling.

After planting a Reality Seed, you can go ahead with the rest of the match. In a subsequent match, you need to return to the exact same location you planted the seed, and you will notice that the seed has grown into a sapling. Whether you will get a Legendary or Mythic fruit depends on luck, but you should ideally get it in a few tries.
