Fall Guys Developer States Unobtainable Achievement Will Be Fixed

Completionists rejoice

July 11, 2022

Fall Guys developer Mediatonic has stated its intention to fix the broken achievement Head Turner.

The Head Turner achievement is accomplished by equipping a legendary item in every slot. For this to unlock, you need to have a legendary body colour, pattern, upper costume piece and lower costume piece equipped at the same time.

However, since Fall Guys went free-to-play and had its progression system overhauled, legendary items can no longer be unlocked. Consequently, the Head Turner achievement is no longer unlockable for those who didn’t already have these legendary items unlocked.

For those who have these legendary items unlocked on different editions of Fall Guys, the achievement can be unlocked by transferring your save file from the old edition to the free-to-play version of Fall Guys.

A Mediatonic developer confirmed on the game’s Discord server that they are “working on making [Head Turner] achievable” (via TrueAchievements). How this will be achieved is unknown, but the most likely solution is that Mediatonic is planning on adding more legendary items to the game in the near future.

Since going free-to-play, Fall Guys has made a resurgence in player count. With a higher player base come the completionists, so players are understandably peeved with the game having an unobtainable achievement.

Following the acquisition of Mediatonic by Epic Games, Fall Guys also received more robust cross-platform play. If you’re wondering how to invite your cross-platform friends to play, then we have a guide for you

We also have a guide on how to obtain the Fall Throttle achievement, an obtainable achievement.

The current rotating shows on Fall Guys are the Assassin’s Creed-themed Sweet Thieves and Slime Climb Time, a game mode where players play two rounds of Slime Climb and the survivors then get to participate in a random final round.
