The famous Hot Wheels collaboration once again returns to Forza Horizon with a brand new DLC pack, coming to Forza Horizon 5 at the beginning of next week.

Fans of the series will remember the last Hot Wheels-themed DLC was previously featured in Forza Horizon 3 back in 2017. The upcoming DLC pack will be the first major expansion for Forza Horizon 5, which launched for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Microsoft Windows on November 9th, 2021.

When Does The Forza Horizon 5 Hot Wheels DLC Come Out?

The official release date for the Forza Horizon 5 x Hot Wheels DLC pack is Tuesday, July 19th, 2022 and is set to launch simultaneously for both Xbox consoles and Microsoft Windows.

As for the exact release time, the official Twitter account for Forza Horizon has revealed that the upcoming DLC pack is set to launch across both Xbox consoles and PC at 10AM PT / 1PM ET / 6PM BST. The team at Forza will also be hosting a special launch stream at the aforementioned time to celebrate the release of the Hot Wheels DLC.

Pre-orders are live now via the Xbox Store and Steam Store, with a price of $19.99 USD or £14.99 GBP. For those that are subscribers of Xbox Game Pass, they can save a total of $2 USD when purchasing the DLC via the Xbox Store Page.

Forza Horizon 5’s new DLC will allow players to blast off to the visually stunning Hot Wheels Park high above the clouds in Mexico. The developers state that players will be able to “experience the fastest, most extreme tracks ever devised”.

Players will also be able to design, build, and share their own Hot Wheels adventure with over 80 distinct, snappable track pieces. The DLC will also include 10 new cars, including the 021 Hennessey Venom F5 and the iconic 2000 Hot Wheels Deora II.
