Chainsaw Man Part 2 Release Date, Time, & Where to Read

Tatsuki Fujimoto completed Part 1 of the Chainsaw Man manga series back in December 2020 after giving us 97 outstanding chapters. The manga was well-received by the community for its goofy, dark, and complex characters; however, Part 1 isn’t the end of the road for Chainsaw Man. Soon after the release of Chapter 97, the mangaka confirmed that Chainsaw Man would return with Part 2. The second part would continue Denji’s brutal story, and after a long wait, we are finally close to getting the manga’s new chapter.

Chainsaw Man Part 2 will start its serialization on Shueisha’s Jump+ app with the release of Chapter 98. After that, the manga will follow a weekly release schedule on the platform. According to the official announcement, the legendary series will return on Wednesday, July 13th, 2022. However, for some international readers, the release date would be Tuesday, July 12th, because of the time difference. Chainsaw Man Part 2 will get the official English translation on Viz Media and Manga Plus. Both platforms allow users to read the first three and the latest three chapters of any manga for free, so you can read the upcoming Chainsaw Man chapter without getting a subscription. However, if you wish to unlock the rest of the manga chapters on Viz, you’ll have to become a Shonen Jump member.

Recently, Fujimoto released a promotion page for Chainsaw Man Part 2, which features Denji in his terrifying hybrid form. In the key visual, Denji is starting down a new character, who might play a crucial role in the manga’s second phase, but we don’t know anything about her as of now. Nevertheless, we’ll hopefully learn more about the mysterious girl when Chapter 98 comes out this week.

Manga readers are accustomed to getting some juicy spoilers before a new chapter’s digital release. However, Chainsaw Man Part 2 isn’t getting a physical release, so you won’t get any leaks for Chapter 98.
