Black Clover Return From Hiatus Confirmed With A Release Date

The long wait for Black Clover's return is finally coming to an end.

The last few chapters of Black Clover were unparalleled when it comes to action, suspense, and twists in the story. The fight with Lucifero was one hell of a battle that seemed impossible to win. But somehow, Asta and his mates were finally able to defeat the devil king Lucifero. After the battle, everyone thought that Black Clover’s author Tabata would be delivering a few quieter chapters. But instead, he was preparing for even a greater battle, revealing the dark secrets of Lucius Zogratis in the last chapter released before the manga went on hiatus.

The current Wizard King, Julias Novachrono, was revealed as Lucious Zogratis and the host of the strongest demon, Astaroth. Now that the fans were waiting to see what happens next in the story, the editorial team of Black Clover decided to give Tabata a break. The team settled for a three-month break for the writer, and as expected, Black Clover is returning on time.

A the time of writing, the new chapter 332 of Black Clover will return in 16 days in the Weekly Shonen Jump Issue #35. This means the new chapter will be out on Sunday, July 31st, 2022. The news of the manga’s return from hiatus comes from Viz Media’s official website. Right after Viz Media revealed the release date for manga’s return, the news broke on the internet. And now, all of the series’ fans are looking for the upcoming chapters to see what happens next in the story.

The last chapter released before the hiatus was 331, and it gave the conclusion to the Spade Kingdom Arc. With chapter 332, the story will commence its final arc, titled, The Ultimate Wizard King. In it, the story’s main villain will be the eldest Zogratis brother. At the moment, it’s quite unclear how many chapters it’ll take to complete The Ultimate Wizard King Arc. But, as it will be the finale arc of the series, we can expect it to be longer than the Spade Kingdom Arc, which ran for a total of 71 chapters.
